We want you to feel protected when you are a customer of ours. Our insurance backed guarantees are provided by IPWFI Limited.

But what does ‘insurance backed guarantee’ actually mean?

In plain terms: we will provide you with a 10-year guarantee on our work, and IPWFI provide insurance to support that guarantee, so even if we were to cease trading you would be protected for the full term of the guarantee, up to the full value of the installation cost.

All companies applying to become a member of IPWFI are put through a vetting procedure which includes obtaining references from suppliers and past customers as well as the financial stability of the company and its owners/directors.
